These three locations near Mandalay are famous for their historical and religious importance in Myanmar. Start your sightseeing with Sagaing-which is famous for its religious buildings and panoramic view from its hill top. U Min Thone Sae , Soon o Oo Ponnya Shin are are most famous religious sites in Sagaing. Monastic Education Center ,Nunnery , Town market, Pottery are the places to visit. Continue to Innwa and use a horse cart to explore the region. Innwa is a famous place in Myanmar for its long history but ,at the present, it’s just a big village near Mandalay. Horse cart ride will carry you through plantations ,ancient City-wall’s gates and residential area .It will stop at Bagayar wooden monastery, Leaning watch tower and Queen Me Nu’s brick monastery.
After Innwa , move on to Amarapura to visit traditional cloth weaving and world’s longest wooden bridge( U Bein Bridge ) to watch sunset.
